| DepositionDirector's
"Segment" tab allows users to view clip text, broken
down by segment. Clip segments can be easily edited, moved,
added, or deleted. The scrolling highlight bar makes it easy to
follow along during clip review. Standard VCR controls make clip
editing simple, as well. |

| Displaying the
Word Index during deposition transcript review allows the user to
click on a keyword and jump directly to the associated page/line.
Additionally, the synchronized video will jump to the same spot. The
video can be easily reviewed with the synchronized transcript via
the Closed Caption option. |

| Using the new
search engine, all transcripts in a case can be searched using
multiple keywords and phrases. Additionally, searches can cover
specific transcripts, Q/A pairs, and occurrences within a
specified number of lines. Search results are displayed in a tree
view which can be expanded to display the transcript section.
Search results are hyperlinked so users can immediately jump to
the associated page/line of a transcript and synchronized video. |

| DocumentDirector
exhibits can be synchronized to either a specific page/line
reference or video time. Deposition video clips created with
synchronized exhibits are played back in TrialDirector. The
synchronized exhibit displays when specified during clip playback.
Users can review synchronized exhibits using both DepositionDirector
and DocumentDirector, as shown above. Additionally, synchronized
exhibits are optionally displayed within the transcript text, for
easy review. |
