Job Summary:
LGT seeks a highly motivated Production Manager to facilitate all aspects of our Reprographics department. The individual will implement the industry's best reprographic practices to meet the needs of our clients. In this position you will provide training and coordinate the activities of the Reprographic Specialists.

• Training team members for optimum performance and efficiency 
• Delegating assignments to staff and monitoring progress
• Maintaining quality and productivity standards without jeopardizing job deadlines
• Interaction with clients and  personnel to insure compliance with client's objectives and expectations on a daily basis
• Maintaining contact with outside vendors
• Maintaining a safe and harassment-free work environment

Qualifications:
The individual must have a passion for excellence, a strong sense of urgency, be dedicated to servicing our clients, adapt easily to new technologies, and driven to exceed deadlines. On a daily basis, you must be able to effectively interact with a diverse group of technical, managerial, sales, and legal personnel. Only candidates with prior document management experience working with law firms or vendor will be considered
