Job Summary:
LGT seeks a highly motivated Inside Sales / Business Development Representative. The primary role of this position is to work with Account Managers to complement outside sales through heavy phone prospecting. For the right individual, this position may lead to an outside sales role.

Responsibilities:
Must enjoy being on the phone and have excellent communication skills; must be aggressive and persistent with our client base of trial attorneys and paralegals. Primary responsibility will be to make over 100 calls per day to schedule appointments in various markets for the outside sales team.

Qualifications:
Previous inside sales, cold calling, customer service or telemarketing experience (preferably to CEOs, VPs, and other high-level executives) a must. College degree preferred. Superior communication and organizational skills required; must be detail-oriented and able to multitask with excellent follow-up abilities. This is an office-based position
